Project Assistant (f/m/d) in the Licensing Team

{:en}Our Spread Group Licensing team is constantly working to expand our portfolio with new and hot brands from licensing, film and TV to publish them on Spread Group’s Marketplace and external marketplaces (e.g. Amazon and eBay). 2021 was our record year with a 30% increase and more than 30 new licenses from strong cooperation partners such as Warner Bros, Peanuts Worldwide, Zag Animations Studio, Sony Pictures and many more. And there is more to come! If you are passionate about brands and marketing, then we are looking for you to join our Licensing Team.

Your tasks

  • You will support the licensing team in processing the release of new licenses as well as in releasing products
  • You will submit design concepts to the licensors and independently supervise the release of production samples
  • You will accompany the market launch and take responsibility for the product setup
  • You will act as a communication interface between licensors and our internal departments, such as Marketing and Design
  • You will create marketing concepts for the licensors and prepare them for approval
  • You will carry out competitor and competition analyses
  • You will take over the creation and further development of license content on our websites

Your profile

  • You have some business management training or a degree in business studies
  • You have gained practical experience as an intern, working student or trainee in a business context
  • You are interested in the areas of licensing and e-commerce
  • You are super reliable, very well organized, and manage to work thoroughly and with concentration over a longer period of time
  • You like approaching people and it is no problem for you to communicate with our partners
  • You have already worked with MS Office and Adobe and ideally have knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
  • You can communicate fluently in English and have good German skills
