Category Manager (f/m/d)

As a Category Manager (f/m/d) you will shape the product range of TeamShirts, Europe’s leading provider of custom team and group wear. As a part of the Spread Group family, TeamShirts launched in 2014, and have now become active in eleven European markets and the USA. The core of our further strategy is a substantial expansion of the product range, aiming to offer twice as many products in two years time. Your Responsibilities

  • You develop the long-term assortment strategy of TeamShirts based on target group needs, trends, and competitive analyses
  • You identify potential new brands and markets while establishing new supplier relationships
  • You are in close contact with our partners, conduct negotiations and develop projections with the purchasing team
  • You coordinate the introduction of new products, starting with selection, quality testing, and through to pricing and presentation on our website
  • You monitor the processes for the introduction and further development of supply chains and print types
  • You work with our UX and IT experts to optimize the product presentation
  • You plan campaigns in cooperation with the marketing team
  • You also coordinate with other internal departments when designing the product range
  • You make your successes visible with regular reports and analyses

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in business administration or a corresponding education with relevant work experience
  • You have already gained professional experience in online marketing or category management, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • You have excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers and data
  • You are adept at creating analyses and evaluations
