Claim Manager (f/m/d)

We are now looking for a Claim Manager to work with our Global Operations team to rebuild and ensure the technical processes of our professional contract and supplier management.

Your Tasks

  • You handle correspondence with our external suppliers regarding problems (e.g. over-shipments, delivery shortages, etc.)
  • You coordinate and process all supplier complaints and warranty topics
  • You correct invoices and work closely with our accounting team
  • You manage returns and request credit notes in a timely manner
  • You are a important contributor to our supplier assessment by creating reports regularly and finding the cause for delivery deviations

Your Profile

  • You have a a business degree or relevant work experience in the purchasing area
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You love working with numbers and keeping an overview even in stressful situations
  • You have strong analytical skills, and you work in a structured and independent way
  • You are an absolute team player and can get excited about new things
