Marketing Communications Manager B2B2C (f/m/d)

As a Marketing Communications Manager for Spreadshop & SPOD (B2B2C), you are responsible for retention communication with our merchants. To do this, you use various communication channels such as newsletters, automated emails and notification systems to increase our communication reach and the usage rate of new products, features and services.

Your Tasks

  • You plan, create and coordinate global email campaigns with the involvement of various departments
  • You are responsible for the timing of the communication strategy for the release of new products, features and services in cooperation with the product management team
  • You support the communication during the launch of new products, features and services
  • You analyse and optimise the success of our communication channels and develop them further
  • You research new marketing trends and best practice solutions for our existing partners
  • You will provide insights into the user behaviour of our partners in relation to current products, features and services.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in marketing, communications, business or another relevant field of study
  • You have already gained experience in planning, implementing and optimising email campaigns
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English
  • You have a very good technical and analytical understanding
  • You have professional experience in the field of marketing/communication, ideally in the B2B and e-commerce environment.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a desire to take on responsibility
  • You are an absolute organisational and communication talent

Advantageous

  • Experience with common newsletter and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of French
