Key Account Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with various B2B customers as well as strengthening our existing business partner relationships
  • You will provide operational support to them in finding the best solution within Spread Group’s portfolio
  • You have a strong understanding of the needs of B2B customers
  • You will create compelling business cases and tailored solution proposals
  • You will collaborate closely with our internal departments, operations and engineering teams to further enhance the service and product offering for our partners
  • You will drive solutions that engage ma variety of stakeholders on behalf of your business partners
  • You will always be on top of relevant market trends to evaluate and assess future market potential

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales/business development, e-commerce or retail
  • You have a passion for sales and relationship building and a very proactive way of working
  • You have a track record of managing large business clients or accounts and dynamic client portfolios
  • You are a very good communicator and team player with strong problem-solving skills and service orientation
  • You demonstrate the ability to juggle deffering priorities and convey a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Working with MS Office and CRM (ideally Salesforce) is part of your daily routine

Nice to have

  • Professional experience in fashion, textile, merchandising or refinement
  • Professional experience as a Key Account Manager for e-commerce B2B/B2C service providers
  • German language skills
