Your Challenge

• You will lead our agile team through their daily projects, motivating them toward success
• You will ensure our agile manifesto is adhered to by helping the team understand, internalize and embody Scrum
• You will welcome different approaches and communicate – as peers – with Developers and Product Owners as well as other stakeholders
• You will consistently advise your colleagues as the primary go-to person for all aspects of agile work
• You will create a working environment based on sustainable working practices and the continuous development of all team members
• You will foster a sense of togetherness based on trust and transparency
• You will take responsibility for preparing and facilitating agile planning events
• You will support our Product Owners and IT teams in developing agile processes to strengthen company-wide cooperation
• You will act as the central point of contact for our IT teams in case of any operational challenges

Your Profile

• You thrive in the field of agile, preferably within the eCommerce sector
• You have gained practical experience as a Scrum Master in software development and/or in managing similar projects
• You have experience in the conception and facilitation of workshops
• You are familiar with change processes, agile values and agile working environments
• You have successfully obtained a relevant university degree (in a field such as Computer Science, Science, Engineering, Economics) or a comparable qualification
• You are a certified Scrum Master – ideally having attended seminars on various agile methods
• You are eager to contribute to change processes by structurally introducing and incorporating agile methods
• You value stability and solutions built to last without losing sight of the dynamic nature of agile work
• You enjoy working in self-organised teams that prioritise quality
• You are fluent in English and can communicate in German if necessary

• You have experience working with international teams
• You are familiar with teams working remotely
