Senior IT Project Manager (f/m/d)

At our Spread Group headquarters in Leipzig, Germany we are currently seeking strong candidates for the role of a Senior IT Project Manager (f/m/d). In this role, you will drive strategic product solutions forward in an environment that’s passionate about empowering customers to express themselves with things they use, wear and carry.

You will be part of a department consisting of product owners and project managers. We work within cross-functional teams to constantly evolve our product portfolio. Together, we aim to create the best possible solutions by taking full advantage of innovations in technology. We advocate design-driven product development and analytics-driven decision making.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with all stakeholders and relevant teams to find effective solution
  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders and development teams are aligned
  • Monitor overall progress and manage risk, including the development of contingency plans
  • Report on project progress
  • Maintain an awareness of how different projects relate to, and depend on, one another
  • Identify and obtain support required for the smooth management of a project
  • Conduct retrospective feedback sessions to assess how the project was executed
  • Prepare any follow-up action recommendations
  • Back up your opinions with data and convincing arguments

Your profile

  • Outstanding skills when it comes to organization, multi-tasking and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others internally and externally
  • A positive and results-driven attitude
  • Excellent team player, capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment
  • Experienced in delivering results through cross-functional work
  • Capable of working independently and autonomously
  • Willingness to learn, in detail, exactly what our platform and products can offer

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of large scale e-commerce platforms and shop systems
  • Understanding of technical architecture
