(Senior) Project Manager (f/m/d) Marketing & E-Commerce

Spreadshop is a Spread Group brand that makes it easy to set up a merchandise shop for any individual, creator, musician, NGOs, and brands. With the help of an ambitious team, you coordinate the planning, organization, and implementation of various digital and offline projects. Next to our ongoing efforts in the field of e-commerce, marketing and event management, you will have the chance to play a major role  in a one of a kind brand repositioning process. In this central position, you realize your passion for smooth processes and become part of a dynamic team in Leipzig.

Your tasks

  • You will manage projects and coordinate the interests, processes, and goals of all stakeholders
  • You will ensure a continuous flow of communication with all stakeholders and consultants regarding goal objectives, progresses, resource conflicts or alternations of the scopes of projects
  • You will own the transformation process and kick off the brand repositioning with us
  • You will analyze and optimize existing and new business processes and workflows.
  • You will help us develop potentials in digital and offline marketing and to increase user loyalty in the European market
  • You will be part of a team of 10 and support them in keeping track of all projects at all times

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of e-commerce, online marketing, or event management.
  • You are familiar with management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Your strategic focus allows you to maintain an overview, even in the face of growing complexity, time pressure and many parallel running projects
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of Scrum or Liberating Structures and know how they can improve team collaboration
  • You are pragmatic, hands-on, share your knowledge and make sure that everyone gets the right information
  • Your charismatic enthusiasm is contagious and makes other people want to pull along
  • You communicate easily in English (spoken and in written), German language skills are optional
