(Senior) Digital Analyst (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- As a part of our small Digital Analytics team you are responsible for the analysis and tracking of our digital products
- You drive the planning, designing and implementation of client and server side web tracking across a portfolio of digital channels and platforms
- You translate business questions and use cases into analytical requirements into technical solutions in line with an ever-changing technology and regulations landscape
- You help stakeholders, product owners, and marketing to identify important web analytics metrics and gain insights to improve their online business
- You create analyses of visitor and usage behavior, design variant tests and derive optimization measures in close cooperation with other departments
- You create dashboards and reporting in web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Data Studio
- You analyze and communicate data-based findings to stakeholders to drive better decisions
- You design, conduct and evaluate A/B tests
- You create tracking and measurement concepts and standardize and optimize the possibilities of data collection
- You identify, setup and continuously optimise the best client and server side tracking setup for our websites with the help of tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager)
Your Profile
- You have relevant practical experience in the field of Web/ Digital Analytics or Business Analytics
- You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with a strong sense of responsibility for “your systems”
- You know how tag management systems work
- You have knowledge of at least one of the following: JavaScript, ETL processes, R, Python, SQL
- You understand that a team consists of people with different needs, strengths and skills
- You are working hands-on while implementing requirements by yourself
- You have no problem communicating and writing in English in your everyday work

- You have experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or A/B testing
