Team Lead (f/m/d) Consumer Marketing

In this role, you will lead the consumer marketing team that includes team members responsible for SEO, campaign management, content management and assortment.

The position is subject to a fixed-term contract (partental-leave cover).

Your Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Marketing campaign planning and execution in coordination with various teams
  • Strategic quarterly planning with the help of OKR goals as well as definition & tracking of concrete team and employee goals
  • Quarterly promo planning based on strategic goals, market specific occasions and themes
  • Development of integrated marketing and communication strategies in cooperation with creative teams (graphics, copywriting, photography) and in coordination with specialist departments such as Analytics, Legal, Accounting
  • Conceptualization of product launches in close coordination with product team and production
  • Evaluation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and translation of KPIs into concrete measures for the team
  • Presentation of marketing strategy and specific projects at company meetings and internal specialist committees
  • Monitoring and evaluation of market developments and competitor activities

Your Profile

  • Experience in managing acquisition and retention marketing channels (Paid Search, SEO, Email, Social)
  • Knowledge of online campaign management
  • Advanced analytical skills, ability to work with Excel and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Proactive working style & drive to solve problems
  • Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
