Privacy Policy for applicants (English version)
1. Who is the responsible party?

2. Collected data
You are neither legally nor contractually obligated to provide us with your personal data. Only your personal data with contact information and a description of your education, work experience and skills are required for the application process.
You can voluntarily provide us with further data and thereby consent to the processing of this data in the further application process. You can revoke this consent at any time (see point 6, as well as points 3 and 4).
3. Usage and transfer
Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to your interest in employment with us or for processing your application. In addition, your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of possible legal defense of Spreadgroup or the respective company affiliated with Spreadgroup within the meaning of Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). The data required to establish the employment relationship will be processed on the basis of Section 26 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other data will be processed on the basis of consent pursuant to Article 6 (1), subparagraph 1, sentence 1 (a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 (2) BDSG. Processing for the purpose of possible legal defense of Spreadgroup or the respective company affiliated with Spreadgroup within the meaning of Section 15 AktG is also carried out on the basis of Section 26 (1) BDSG, Art. 6 (1), subparagraph 1, sentence 1 (f) GDPR.
To improve our application process, we use the recruiting tool „Tellent Recruitee“ of Recruitee GmbH.

If the application is successful, your data will be used in accordance with Section 26 (1) BDSG (and, if applicable, in accordance with Article 6 (1), subparagraph 1, sentence 1 (a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 (2) BSDG) to implement the employment relationship.
4. Storage
If we are unable to offer you employment, the data submitted will generally be stored for up to 6 months in order to answer questions in connection with the application and the rejection. If the data processing serves the purpose of possible legal defense of Spreadgroup or the respective company affiliated with Spreadgroup within the meaning of Section 15 AktG, the transmitted data may also be processed beyond this and to the extent necessary in individual cases.
Already herewith, you grant Spreadgroup your consent to delete the data you have transmitted in the cases described above.
5. Information, deletion and blocking
You have the following rights with regard to the data concerning you:

– Right to data portability.

6. Revocation
Consents given can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The relevant data will then be deleted immediately or, in the cases provided for by law, further processing will be blocked, unless the lawfulness of further processing of the data in question is otherwise established (see points 3 and 4). In this case, please send your revocation with your full name and e-mail address to privacy@spreadshirt.net.
