As part of our collaboration, we use Microsoft 365 services for collaboration, file storage and (real-time) communication. For example, when you are involved in meetings via Teams or editing files via OneDrive or SharePoint, content data such as text, audio, video and image data, diagnostic data, usage data (e.g. metadata) and functional data (e.g. authorisation data such as access data) may be processed. The processing is carried out to fulfil a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Even if your data is stored by Microsoft in the EU, a theoretically possible access from the USA cannot be completely excluded. In this case, we have concluded standard contractual clauses and additional measures with Microsoft. You are entitled to the rights guaranteed under the GDPR in accordance with Art. 15 ff.
