We will be glad to accept your application in the form of a PDF document. Just send it to jobs@spreadgroup.com. Once we receive of your documents, we will inform you via e-mail.

We will take a look at your application and discuss it with the manager responsible for the vacancy. And if we feel that you are a good fit for us, we will get in touch again. Our solutions for finding suitable candidates are just as unique as our personalised products. We may ask for a telephone interview to get to know you personally, or we may conduct a small test. We really want to get to know you and find out about your skills, so let’s play it by ear and concentrate on the best way of getting to know each other.

We value a transparent and honest application process. Of course, you can always get in touch with our recruiting team in case you should have any questions. For each job you have a personal point of contact via phone or by e-mail, but also the rest of the team will be happy to help you at any time.

By the way, we are all on first-name-basis – from intern to board.

 

In addition to your own cover letter and resume, you should include all relevant credentials and references. Please also include (in the cover letter) your earliest possible start date and your salary expectations. Depending on where you apply, we look forward to working samples. Please send us all your documents in PDF format. We cannot accept Word documents because of security regulations.

By the way, there is no need to send a picture. We only care about your qualifications and your personality. If you still want to send a photo, then choose one with which you feel comfortable. Please don’t pay money on a photographer for us.

Yes. In most departments we give talented students the opportunity to do an internship. Our current internship vacancies are advertised on our website. If you do not find a suitable internship, you are welcome to apply proactively. Please indicate the desired area of application and period of availability.

An internship at Spread Group usually takes 3 months and will be remunerated appropriately. Please let us know whether you would like to take part in a longer internship or a practical semester during your studies.

We want to make sure that both sides benefit from the internship, so you will start with day-to-day business and work on your own projects. As an intern, you are part of a motivated team that works with you on eye level. Coffee, water, and fruit is freely available in one of our three kitchen areas.

Unfortunately we can not offer internships to school students

We support your bachelor, master theses. Remember that your topic needs to be interesting for Spread Group.

If you are interested in writing your dissertation at Spread Group, please include a summary in which you present your planned topic in your application. You should provide a good impression of the content and goals of your work.

If your topic excites us, we will get together to see if and how your work can be done with us. We want to ensure the best possible assistance for the period of your thesis. That is why we will make case-to-case decisions to come to a decision depending on your topic, your experience and your field of application to establish the best possible approach.

If you could not find a suitable position for you in our job offers, you are welcome to apply proactively. Be sure to indicate in which area you would like to work and why you are a good fit for us. Then we can find out if you can become a part of Spread Group.
